What type of doctor should i go to for my hemorrhoids and urinary problems?
hi, pls. help me, i’m suffering from my hemorrhoids and planning to go to a dr. later this afternoon. I’m also worried about having smelly urine. I want to go to a doctor that can check my two health problems at the same time to minimize the cost. Thank you so much in advance.
You’ll want to go to a general practitioner first. Your regular doctor is usually the best bet, as he or she knows you and all of your health conditions the best. Once your personal doctor assesses your situation, you might get treatment suggestions right then or you may be referred to a proctologist for your hemorrhoids and a urologist for any urinary problems. Hope that helps!

I wouldn’t go to a Dr. You have to start drinking a lot of clean water. Eat healthy foods. Stop saying the statement "it’s a pain in the ass". You hemorrhoids will go away & so will your smelly urine. I coach people over the phone so if you need help you can e-mail me & spend your money on something that will help you while the Dr. is not going to do that.

You want just a regular office-based doctor (family medicine or internal medicine). They are able to handle the vast majority of cases of hemorrhoids and smelly urine. They will also be able to help you figure out what kind of specialist you need in the unlikely event that your condition is too complex for them to handle (which is quite unlikely since they handle hemorrhoids and smelly urine on a daily basis!).

A regular doctor would do. He’ll refer the case to specialist if it is serious. In the mean time drink lots of water and eat fiber rich diet like cereals, vegetables and fruits. This helps to make stool softer and avoid straining or sitting too long.
