and dose drinking water stop the hemorrhoids from expanding, Because every time that I stop drinking water for a period of time the spasms in my tummy return even low my bowls are empty.

I smoke, I drink and recently have been suffering from enflamed hemorrhoids. They seem to only stop bothering me for days at a time and then *bam* they’re back. When reading on how to treat hemorrhoids I always see "stop smoking/stop drinking"…but I don’t see how either would effect hemorrhoids…so how does smoking or drinking "cause" hemorrhoids?

use your common sense here.Nicotene and alcohol are poisons, poisons irritate many parts of your body, insides. Anyway alcohol and nicotene don’t specifically attack the anus area they jsut have a bad effect all over and thus irritate the hemorrhoids. Tomatoes and spicy food and chocolate can irritate sensitive membranes in our bodies so they irritate hemorrhoids too. sorry if my explanation is not as clear as i’d like it to be.

I have 2 hemorrhoids and they’re really hurting as i have diarrhea.

what’s the best way to stop the pain ?

i have like a suppository for hemorrhoids but it isn’t helping at all.

any help ? don’t ask me to go see a doctor, i can’t.

For the pain 2 things you should be using:

1) Ice pack apply for 15-20 minutes on external hemorrhoids.WARNING! Keep the ice wrapped in a cloth or place a cloth in between ice and your skin to reduce the possibility of any damage to your skin.

2) Sitz baths are best for cleansing the area while cool sitz baths help to ease swelling and can even help with constipation. A simple trick is to add salt, or baking soda to the water and allow yourself to soak in the water, this trick works to clean the affected area as well as relieving pain.

Don’t add soap to the water as this can be irritating if you have any type of anal infection or irritation,afterwards dry the affected area with a soft towel.

So, forget all the creams pills and suppositories they all work for a short time but the hemorrhoids WILL come back simply because all they do is help a little bit with the problem and do not deal with what caused the problem in the first place.

I can understand you not wanting to go to the doctor its embarrassing I know,down below in the source area is something that will help you get rid of them for good.It says in 48 hours but in my experience 4 days is more realistic.

I have both internal (for sure) and external (I think) protruding out of my anus (this one is extremely painful).
I’m in my (very) early 20s.
