Is it possible to completely cure hemorrhoid?
Hi, I think I have internal hemorrhoid, and I heard that it is impossible to cure it completely without surgery, is it true? If that is true, how do I know that my hemorrhoid condition is getting better?
You can definitely cure your hemorrhoid 100% WITHOUT surgery. Surgery should be seen as a last resort as it can have serious physical and psychological effects (not to mention it can be very expensive). Natural cures work very well and are a lot cheaper. They can also work to relieve the pain rapidly.
Below I have included a couple of links where you can find out more about hemorrhoids and the ways to cure them that don’t involve surgery.
Hope this helps,
Heather-Jane
What are Hemorrhoids? What is the best hemorrhoid treatment?
Damn, i hate Hemorrhoids so much….. i went to the dock 3 months ago told him about it and he gave me a suppository, idk why…. should i tell him that i want a surgery instead how long does it take? and i think its a internal hemorrhoid.
Hi, i am Dr. Nadia. If you have ever had hemorrhoids, or if this is your first time, you know how uncomfortable it is to have them. They burn, itch, and can cause sharp pain. Fortunately, they are not very hard to treat. What are Hemorrhoids?
The term “hemorrhoids” refers to a condition when the veins around the anus or lower rectum are swollen and inflamed. There are 2 types, internal and external.
Symptoms of internal hemorrhoids may include blood covering the stool, on toilet paper, or in the toilet bowl. However, they may also protrude through the anus outside the body, becoming irritated and painful. Symptoms of external hemorrhoids may include painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus that results when a blood clot forms.
Whichever type you have, it is important to get them treated right away. Prolonged delay in treating your hemorrhoids can cause severe pain, discomfort, and can cause them to extrude further, which can result in the need for surgery (rubber band ligation). It is also important to get immediate treatment, because their bleeding could mask blood from a dangerous source like colorectal cancer.

Injuries And Back Pain
Injuries can cause back pain, including injuries to the upper limbs, shoulders, neck, spine, etc. Injuries can occur also cause back pain if the rotator cuffs are disturbed. The rotator cuffs comprise acromion, tendons, such as the rotator cuffs, which rest at the upper bones at the arm, and connect with rotator cuff muscles. The muscles are at the top of the upper arm bones, and below the shoulder joints. Rotator cuffs are clusters of smaller muscles, tendons, etc, and attach to various parts of the body.
If the tendons are torn and/or ruptured it can cause back pain. The injuries usually occur when sudden impacts or forces target the region. Exerting the muscles can also cause injury. If the tendons are damaged, it causes inflammation and swelling, which obviously creates pain.
Such problems are treated with rest, ice packs, compression, and elevation. Shoulder injuries are seen when the arm is thrown out of socket. The injuries occur from falls, overexerting muscles, etc. The doctor considers such injuries carefully, since fractures may arise, which start within the humerus. In some instances, surgery is mandatory to correct the problem.
Additional injuries include arc pain, shoulder freeze, tendonitis, subacromial bursa, acromio-clavicular, and so on. The Bursa is a sac filled with fluids that serve as padding to reduce friction. The purpose of the bursa is to make movement easy and to avert rubbing of the joints. The bursa can cause problems when the shoulders are suddenly tossed over the head.
Treatment for subacromial bursa conditions, include steroid regimens, physical therapy, meds, etc, especially when inflammations sets in. The condition can cause back pain, since bursa is an assistant to the joints, cartilages, bones, and synovium. Bursa works by playing down the risks of joint damage.
If bursa inflames it compresses the nerves, or tendons. What happens after is failure, especially once the joints rub. The soft pockets amid the bones that overlap and protect other bones can cause serious back pain, since inflammation has set in from bursa disorders. The tension caused from inflammation hits the muscles, overexerting these muscles, which the sensory nerves are slowed down and movement is limited.
Posture is the pose we receive from bearing muscles and joints. If a person slouches, often it can cause back pain, since the muscles and joints are not moving, as they should. Physical therapy and meds are often employed to correct the problem. Sitting at long intervals can also cause back problems, especially if the lower back is not supported. In fact, sitting incorrectly can bend the spine at the lower back and cause serious pain.
Back pain in this nature may arrive from sport activities as well, such as heavy lifting, repeated twisting, and so on. Slouches can correct back problems by learning how to sit and stand in proper positions. The back when damaged from slouching affects the lumbar. In addition, the slouchier will need to learn correct techniques of lifting.
Back pain can arrive from slipped disk, sciatica, sacro-iliac, etc. Slip disks is a Herniated nucleus pulposa (HNP) disorder. Slip disks is rupturing of the ‘intervertebral disk.’ The intervertebral disk sits amid the Spinal Columns and next to the backbone.
Slipped disks start at the spinal canal, nerves, gelatinous core, and finally at the disks. When the nerve roots are pressured, the disk can slip, causing herniated nucleus pulposa. Sciatica is a sort of slipped disk, since the pain sends sharp, electrical shock-like pain down the canal of the spine, sending a distressing ache that starts at the back. The pain carries onto the legs. The pain is at times intermittent, yet other times it can lead to chronic pain syndrome. Surgical procedures are often required to correct the problem.

Hemorrhoids or anal fissures?
I’m not sure if i have Hemorrhoids. At times there is a tiny amount of blood after i have a bowel movement but the most concerning thing is when i exercise, it really stings and a small amount of blood appears. I sometimes have to stop exercising.
Is there something I can try to fix this before i go to the doctor??
Yes, you can try a few things. A hemorrhoid is a varicose vein of the rectum- where an anal fissure is a tear usually right at the anus. Both are basically caused by the same thing, with adults anyway- hard, large stool, and straining to pass it, usually caused by constipation. Both can be healed in the early stages without a doctor, as well. First, you have to address your diet- which needs to be high in fiber, so you need a lot more fruits, veg, and whole grains in your diet. They have the drinkable fiber mixes at most stores now, and a glass of that each day can be a big help as well. Next, you have to take time in the little reading room, and not strain to pass stool. Personal cleaning is easier on you if you use wet cleaning wipes, the sort made specially for the purpose, or baby wipes. Baby wipes don’t usually flush, but are larger and easier to use. Get the sort with aloe and no perfume. You can and should have a look at the area in question- use of a small mirror is necessary, and a bit of contortion, but it’s possible. A fissure will look exactly like a cut- because that’s what it is. The area around it will probably look red, irritated and inflammed- possibly tender to touch. A hemorrhoid at this stage will likely look like a small pink or reddish bubble or lump, and may or may not be tender to touch. You can soothe and heal the fissure with vitamin e oil, on a clean cotton pad, dabbed on the spot regularly- at least a couple times a day, and definitely after a trip to the bathroom. You can use witch hazel on a cotton pad, also applied to the spot in question to help soothe a hemorrhoid. But no matter what you do, you must change your diet and keep it changed. It’s a matter of grandma’s wisdom- you need roughage, as she called it – to keep things soft and regular, so you don’t strain. That’s veggies and fruits, preferably with skins and peels, and whole grains like whole wheat breads, and oatmeal. You can also add flax seeds to cereal and salads as well- it’s a pretty good laxative, so you don’t want more than about a tablespoon a day. You do not want diarrhea, at all costs- that will be even more painful and damaging. If you can’t figure out which is your trouble, then a trip to the doctor is in order. It may be embarassing for the exam, but the doctor won’t need much time to be able to tell you exactly what your problem is. Then you will know exactly what to do. In the early stages, the cures are simple. You don’t want to wait until they aren’t, the cures become a lot more unpleasant. Change your diet, dear- and the problem can sort itself out in a month or so. Keep it up, and it won’t come back either.
How do you cure a bad case of Hemorrhoids?
My doc is on vacation, and I’m suffering. Help me out man. I’m in pain and nothing is working. I tried pain killers and creams, and it’s not working. What do I need?
This is a serious question, so I need serious answers.
For one, don’t be embarrassed. One in three adults have hemorrhoids, so it’s not uncommon.
For immediate relief, try soaking in a tub of hot water, or applying a cold wet wash cloth to the area. This helps to calm it down a bit.
As for the creams- they are intended to provide a small amount of relief, but are usually used for minor to moderate cases (i.e. periodic sufferers) and may not work for you, although I’ve had clinical patients swear by the Tucks and Preparation H Pads…
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the only true cure for your annoying and rather painful problem is surgery. Hemorrhoids, as I’m sure you know, are nothing more than bulging blood vessels that can sometime become irritated, burst, or get caught in the outer anal cavity, where irritation (and in some cases, infection) is almost a definate.
Some tips on preventing (and preventing them from getting worse):
1. Drink plenty of water. The number one cause of hemorrhoids is straining of the bowel, usually due to constipation. (lovely) Drinking plenty of water (realistically, around six glasses a day) will certainly improve things.
2. Get your fiber! I wouldn’t tell you to chug powder supplements (i.e. Metamucil, Benefiber), as, even though they claim to be tasteless, they lie. As it would take you eating high fiber foods non-stop all day to get the 100% RDA of fiber, I would suggest incorperating foods that are high in fiber (yogurt, certain cereals- especially bran, leafy and/or green veggies, etc.) into your diet by replacing their less-enriched alternatives.
3. Get plenty of B vitamins. B vitamins are known to aid in digestion, and multi-vitamins are always a good line of defense against things like this.
4. Excercise. Yes, I know, like you really need another excuse (or another fitness freak preaching to you…) Excercise (and proper diet) helps maintain a healthy digestive tract, and keeps everything moving at a steady pace.
5. Easy on the TP. Toilet paper (yes, even the quilty soft kind) is rather harsh on your area. (remember- the lining of the anus is very thin and easily torn and irritated.) Excessive wiping with such a product can irritate, chafe, and even tear the lining of your bottom. Try using baby wipes (unscented).
Also, make sure to have your regular colon exams! Studies have been done that indicate that people, especially men in their mid-40’s onward, that have or have had moderate to severe hemorrhoids that have plagued their lives will be at a higher risk for pylops and colon cancer.
Hope this helps!

Back Pain And Considerations
When back pain occurs, the process of consideration must start. Back pain can emerge from various causes, yet when the pain is severe, one should seek medical advice immediately. When injuries occur and the back delivers messages that signal us that a problem exists, one must also seek medical advice. Injuries often cause neurological conditions.
When to visit your doctor.
If you are in an accident or fall and cause injury, seek medical assistance instantly. Delaying the problem can lead to further complications. If you lift a heavy object and your back starts to ache, seek help. If the muscles in your legs cannot provide you support and stability to stand erect on your toes, seek help.
If slapping of your feet start when you begin walking, you will need medical support also. At the lower trunk, legs, and back, if you feel weakness, tingling, or numbness you will need medical assistance. During sleep hours if your back gives you problems, you endure fevers, and if you experience chills, seek help. If you loose control of your bladder and bowels, medical treatment is needed.
If you notice pain traveling down your arm or leg, in addition to back pain, seek help. If you notice joint pain or swelling in all areas, including the back seek help. If you have back pain and perform home treatment, such as bed rest and taking over-the-counter meds, seek help.
If you feel pain in the back, which you believe is not an emergency; you should rest your back. When pain starts from common activates, it is often because you have over-exerted the joints, muscles, etc. When treating the problem at home, rest in a comfortable position. Lie on your back and place a pillow under your knees. You can also try resting on your back while placing your feet on your couch or chair. The knees should bend at a 90-degree angle. Roll a towel up and situated it so that it supports your neck.
Whatever method you choose and if it is right for you, allow your back to rest until the pain vanishes. If the pain continues however, seek medical assistance. Sometimes you have to rest the back a few days before it ceases aching. Ultimately, you can visit a massage therapist, chiropractor, or someone who performs acupuncture to seek help.
In fact, many doctors and mental health experts are incorporated acupuncture into their treatment plans. The process includes needles, which treats the disorder by inserting the injections into the skin at points believed to cause the pain. Acupuncture originated in China, which blocked flow of energy is believed to create pain.
When you rest the back, make sure that you lay on a firm surface, especially if you are resting for a day or so. If you lie on soft mattresses for a length of time, it could cause problems to the muscles that support the back. During the wake hours, you want to continue lying on your back, rather than sitting up to read a book. You can continue the treatment at home by moving around every couple of hours. You want to focus on balancing the body when walking around and use hard surfaces to support your weight.
When you lie back down to rest, make sure you move gradually in position. If you have a back mattress at home, lie on the mattress and allow the heat and vibration motions comfort your aching back.
How to lie in bed properly.
Whichever side your pain is, sit on the edge of your bed and lower the head, so that it balances with your trunk. Raise the legs and slowly turn over onto your back. Use your arms to erect from bed rest.
